I've been going here for a while now and the service is phenomenal! It has a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone greets you with a smile! 100% recommend!
We have found Dr. Keith MacDonald, professional, very knowledgeable friendly and awesome as well as his staff, Laken, August, Chrissy, Anna, Liz and the girls at the front desk very friendly and helpful. They are like a real "happy" family including Bradley and Daniel.
The reception staff in this office is very friendly. Behind the scenes, a special mention goes out to August, whom went above and beyond the normal steps to make me (a new customer) feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and took extra time to answer all of my questions. Her great attitude makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
My experience at Triad Cosmetic Dentistry has been unparalleled so far! I'm a huge proponent of customer service as it speaks to a business' sense of value in cultivating & maintaining quality relationships with its customers. My encounter with the MacDonald & Whaley team was pleasant before I ever stepped foot in the door. The office assistants were very professional, making scheduling simple and flexible considering that I'd be traveling from Virginia for my appointment. It was apparent that each dental assistant and hygienist was very knowledgeable and helpful to my dentist, Dr. Dan, while he executed each dental procedure. Each procedure was done in a very timely manner, yet without seeming rushed. The attention given to each step was much appreciated and revealed a great deal of his compassionate personality as a professional. Dr. Dan frequently paused to check for pain, sensitivity, and comfort. He was also willing to clearly explain anything that I had a question about – which is huge for people like myself who need the extra assurance. Most importantly, Dr. Dan is very competent and skillful in his profession, making him very trustworthy (and worth a 2-hour drive)! I'd recommend Dr. Dan and Triad Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone without any hesitatiion...your mouth would be in good hands!
(Let me start by saying I was a patient here regularly when I had dental insurance. I have a partial that's 4-5 years old that had a tooth to break off it. I went to Dr. McDonald 2 1/2 months ago and paid $150.00 cash to have it repaired. The tooth is again broken so no longer than it had been, I called and asked that they honor the repair. I was told NO, we don't do that here. If you'd like to pay us another $150 we'll be glad to repair it again. Whatever happened to standing behind your work? Taking pride in your work and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? Is that only for the fortunate who have insurance? What kind of dentist refuses to honor their work after 2 1/2 months? One who only cares about $$$ and has no ETHICS, COMPASSION or CONCERN for the dental HEALTH of the PATIENT beyond the moment you leave the office.
